well-presented lounge area, spacious superior room, excellent golf courses

Standard rooms feel cramped for two guests!!! Spa pool temperature issues need addressing, especially for a relaxing experience!!! Staff training gaps were noticeable during busy periods, leading to long wait times at check-in!!!

staff were super friendly and attentive during our stay. unfortunately, the swimming pool was small.

The golf course was stunning, and the spa treatments were heavenly. The room had everything we needed, and the cocktail by an open fire was a good touch!

loved my stay, the bed was super comfy & the spa facilities were fantastic for unwinding. the food in the brasserie was really good! staff in reception were so friendly an helpful, which made a great impression. nice location close to norwich for exploring.

the steam room wasn't working properly and the bar service was kinda slow during peak hours. also, the swimming pool was too cool to enjoy.

Loved my stay with the gigantic bed and cozy bathroom! The spa and indoor pool were fantastic for unwinding. Just wish there had been a few more options at the bar, but overall, a wonderful experience! 😊

Excellent food and attentive staff

I had a great 2-night stay in a Standard Double Room. The food was exceptional. the pork I had on Saturday was beautifully cooked, and the steak was so delightful that I almost ordered it again. The staff in the bar and restaurant went above and beyond, especially during busy times. I did find the service at the Sports Bar a bit slow during peak hours.

Had a lovely 2-night stay in a Superior Twin/Double Room. The room was spacious and comfortable, great quality beds helped us sleep well. The mini fridge was a nice touch, and I loved the tea/coffee facilities. Staff at the brasserie, especially Ryan and Lisa, were professional and engaging, making dining a pleasure. Food was delicious, though I wished for more vegetarian options during our stay. The outside grounds were well kept, offering a peaceful place to relax. I did face a bit of a challenge with the bathroom setup, as the wall-mounted products were hard to reach, and I got stuck in the bath once—thank goodness for the helpful housekeeping team. There were some signs of wear and tear, especially in communal areas, and the breakfast pricing felt a bit high compared to what we received. the experience was enjoyable despite a few hiccups.
